Heya! I am Aditya. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am a techie. My weight issues and the netflix documentary Gamechangers inspired me to go vegan in November 2019.  I used to eat out a lot and decided to focus on switching to home cooked meals. 
I am very passionate about cooking. It gives you an opportunity to create something unique and awesome from basic ingredients. Going green opened a whole new domain for me to cook, explore and create food in a responsible and sustainable way. This is is a catalog of my experiments. All recipes here to the best of my knowledge are vegan.
